There is no doubt that in light of the different international challenges, all countries and provinces shall endeavor to activate their abilities and possibilities on all levels, in order to achieve self-sufficiency and the welfare of their individuals, not only in the present, but also in the future. Here comes Africa such continent, which has capacities in many fields: it has the quality and qua ntity of human capacities, as well as the natural potential and resources that qualify it to be an influential international power, and the economic center of the world.This is understood by the continent's countries which are working on achieving that through cooperation of all the countries to activate their capacities through the actual participation among them. They take into consideration the achievement of economic, scientific and technical progress in a way that prosper the current generations without impinging the future of the upcoming generations. Hence the conference aims at the achievement of the sustainable development for the continent countries in all cognitive and applied fields; through submitting specialized and accurate scientific research serving as a core and base for all decision makers and executives to rush toward promising future horizons
